PRODUCTION OF OUR ORGANIC BANANA FLOUR
In the local market, it is very difficult to find banana flour, so we will produce our own organic banana flour, and for this we need to acquire the following:
- Dehydrator
- Industrial pulverizing mill

POINT OF SALE
It’s located on La Ferroviaria road in a highly commercial area where our Bakery – Pastry Shop will operate.
It will have three operational staff members, and additionally, our cooperative’s administrative personnel will be involved in logistics and control.
The necessary equipment for its operation will be acquired, such as oven, mixer, blender, tables, and other (industrial) tools.
